Charlie is an experienced and versatile change manager who has delivered large scale initiatives relating to system implementations and process change. She is experienced in leading business change programmes for airlines, ground handlers and airports.
Having directly worked for easyJet and the Jetstar Group, Charlie has significant experience of delivering change in a low-cost environment. Her track record of delivering results include system implementations such as the introduction of self-service technology at Singapore Changi, airline capacity planning and large migrations from complex legacy systems to efficient enterprise resource planning systems.
Charlie holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Cranfield University and is a certified project manager from the Association of Project Management (APM).
