Terry is an experienced Operations, Safety and Support Manager with over 30 years aviation experience. He was a founding member of Menzies Aviation UK in 2002, growing the initial start-up operations at East Midlands Airport to 17 UK & IRL operational stations in 7 years.

Terry has significant experience in leading safety, operational and security improvement projects in the UK, USA, Europe and Asia, dealing directly with a unionised, multi-cultural and multi-disciplined workforce. His natural style is to lead and inspire teams through a calm and analytical approach and he is a determined and organised operations and safety expert who has successfully proven his leadership capabilities across a multitude of aviation disciplines.

Terry has previously held a number of safety and delivery focused leadership roles, including those of Key Account Director and Vice President Operations Support and Compliance.
